Refund policy

At Lanamoore, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags and packaging).
  • The item is not a final sale or non-returnable item (see below).
  • The return request is submitted through your return portal.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order items

2. How to Return an Item

  1. Submit a Return Request via your Customer Return Portal
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and send it back within 5 days of return approval.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We offer exchanges if the item is in stock. Follow the return process and indicate you’d like an exchange instead of a refund.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@lanamoorepetite.com with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible!


6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please check with your bank or credit card provider.
