- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Order Verification: If additional verification is required, processing may take longer.
- Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items: Some items may have extended processing times. Please refer to the product page for details.
2. Shipping Options & Rates
We currently ship within the United States using the following shipping methods:

3. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email.
- If you do not receive tracking information within the estimated processing time, please contact us at hello@lanamoorepetite.com.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
- If shipping to your location is restricted, you will be notified at checkout.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Lanamoore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
- Carrier Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by carriers or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
6. Address Changes & Order Modifications
- If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please email us at hello@lanamoorepetite.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
